Cancellations must be received by COOKSMART in writing, for each registered camper. Rescheduling will be accommodated when possible, and refunds will be issued according to the following conditions:
If a cancellation is received:
• more than 1 month prior to the camp start date: a refund will be provided, with a $60 cancellation charge.
• Within 2-4 weeks prior to the camp start date and time: a refund will be provided, with a $100 cancellation charge.
• 2 week or less than the camp start date and time: a refund will be provided, with a 50% cancellation charge.
• within 72 hours of the camp start time: no refund will be issued.
No refunds are available once camp has started.
If you child is unable to attend for a medical reason for more than 3 days of the camp, rescheduling may be offered depending on availability.
