Like life…sometimes you try and get a winner, and sometimes you get a lemon. And when life gives yo u lemons…make a lemony dressing!
SIGNS of SPRING CONTEST
Last chance to submit your child’s beautiful creation! Have your child create any food that has 3 bright colours (from fruits & veggies) or has baked that celebrates spring? Enter by sending a picture of it with their name, age and title to info@cooksmart.ca or #cooksmartkids by May 4.

Our weekly program for individuals with Autism. We have such a great time in this program! Last week we made Green Eggs & Ham, and Shepherd’s Pie with a tasty vegetarian option!
The Circle with Big Brothers, Big Sisters
Excited to be partnering with Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Halton, Hamilton and Grand Erie this month for The Circle Program. Some great skills being learned, and empowerment in the kitchen is not hte only thing growing! Our green onions are sprouting like crazy!
