It was awesome to see how engaged the grade 11 and 12 students were in making THE BEST POWER SALAD! The Mexican Salad was given a new twist with the beans and corn combined into a flavoursome dip and served in the pepper, while the Kale and Brussels sprout salad added some extra zing with hard boiled eggs, and more colourful veggies to add more protein and micronutrients.
